Shipping costs are available
online during the checkout process. They are calculated based on your shipping
address, the weight of the order, and the the size of the parcel.
Orders are shipped via
Australia Post, or Courier Australia.

risk of fraud associated with order collections, we do not allow customers to
organise their own freight..
We do not offer COD, as we
are not willing to assume the risk of fraudulent orders associated with COD

These are the Terms
& Conditions of Sale applicable to on-line purchases from
Complete Diesel
Repairs. These conditions should also
be read in conjunction with Complete Diesel Repairs General Website Terms and
Conditions of use.
These terms and the laws of
Western Australia, Australia, apply to all transactions for the purchase of products
("Products") from Complete Diesel Repairs through its web site at
www.completedieselrepairs.com and any associated web
page (the "Site"). These terms represent the complete Agreement between Complete
Diesel Repairs and the Buyer covering the sale of Products from this Site.
Except for terms implied by applicable legislation, Complete Diesel Repairs does
not offer or agree to any conditions, warranties, guarantees or representations
relating to the quality, description or performance characteristics of the
Products other than those set out in these terms. The Buyer's completion of the

PRICES
The prices to be
paid by the Buyer for all Products will be
Complete Diesel
Repairs current selling price on the date of
receipt by Complete Diesel Repairs of the Order, less any applicable discounts
in effect at that time. All Orders will attract a delivery charge as set out on
the Checkout.
Complete Diesel Repairs will not be
responsible for errors in pricing that appear on the Site. Complete Diesel
Repairs will notify a Buyer in the event of a pricing error on the Site before
an Order is delivered. The Buyer will have the opportunity to cancel their Order
within a reasonable time.
Complete Diesel Repairs reserves the right
to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the Buyer. All
prices in this website include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10%.
The
GST payable by the Buyer will be shown on the invoice, which
Complete
Diesel Repairs will send to the Buyer.
Delivery charges to the nominated address will be advised to the Buyer on the
Checkout and Order confirmation pages of the Site.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
If a standard order
Product is "Unavailable to Ship" within
3 business days after Complete Diesel Repairs processes an
Order, Complete Diesel Repairs will contact the Buyer to discuss delivery times
or refund options.
ORDER DELIVERY AND
CANCELLATION
All Orders by
the Buyer under this Agreement must be placed via the forms provided on this
Site and must specify the information requested, including (but without
limitation):
(1) Quantity and
description of Products
(2) The full street address to which the Product is to be delivered
(3) Current billing address to which credit card statements are sent
should a credit card be used for payment.
The Buyer must
complete all information requested on the Order form before the Order is
processed by
Complete Diesel Repairs.
Complete Diesel Repairs will not accept
orders:
(1) If the Buyer does not offer to pay by one of the payment methods
listed in this website; or
(2) If the Buyer's credit card provider does not confirm the
payment.
Complete Diesel Repairs will send the Buyer
an e-mail acknowledging the Products ordered as soon as possible after the Buyer
places an Order. If Complete Diesel Repairs does not accept the Buyer's Order
for any reason, it will inform the Buyer by email in the same manner.
DELIVERY
Shipment of a
standard order Product will occur between 1-6 business days after acceptance of
an Order. A Buyer cannot arrange collection of Orders from
Complete Diesel
Repairs either in-person or via alternative
courier.
The Buyer
acknowledges that
Complete Diesel Repairs may, from time to time, be subject to production, delivery or
other unforeseen delays and that Complete Diesel Repairs may allocate
distribution of Products ordered among its customers at its sole discretion.
If Buyer's Order has
not been delivered within a reasonable time, the Buyer should contact
Complete Diesel Repairs at:

If no one is
available at the delivery address to receive the Products,
Complete Diesel
Repairs delivery agent will leave an "unable
to deliver" card at the address and the Buyer should follow the directions on
that card to obtain delivery of the Products. Complete Diesel Repairs reserves
the right to make partial delivery of an Order.
PAYMENT
Payment for Products
purchased from
Complete Diesel Repairs via the Site can be made by VISA or MasterCard credit cards. We
also accept Australian money orders, Australian cheques, Direct Bank Deposit.)
We accept the following currencies: Australian dollars only.
Complete Diesel Repairs will verify the
credit card information submitted by the Buyer and will advise the Buyer that
the Order has been accepted. The Buyer agrees to submit to Complete Diesel
Repairs such information as may be reasonably requested by Complete Diesel
Repairs for the authorisation and verification of its credit card purchases.
Complete Diesel Repairs reserves the right
to exercise its lawful remedies if a dispute arises over payment through the
Buyer's credit card provider. In particular, but without limitation, if the
Buyer's credit card provider rejects a payment when due, Complete Diesel Repairs
at its discretion may delay or cancel delivery of Orders placed by the Buyer.
Complete Diesel Repairs may also offset and
deduct from any refund due to the Buyer all sums owed by the Buyer to Complete
Diesel Repairs . If the Buyer's account is placed in collection, Complete Diesel
Repairs will be entitled to claim all reasonable expenses for collection,
including legal fees incurred in connection therewith.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If the Buyer wishes
to cancel an Order prior to shipment, the Buyer must contact
Complete
Diesel Repairs Customer Service immediately
on (08) 92060100 and or e-mail:
salescdr@bigpond.com. Complete Diesel Repairs will endeavour to accommodate
the Buyer's request, if the merchandise has not shipped.
If the Buyer's
entire order is cancelled prior to shipment
Complete Diesel
Repairs will apply a credit to the Buyer's
credit card and may also apply a cancellation fee.
If an Order has
already shipped
Complete Diesel Repairs normal returns and exchanges procedure will apply.
DEFECTIVE
ITEMS AND WARRANTIES
All parts are covered only by manufacturer’s warranties
and/or guarantees.
If an item arrives in not new condition as a result of a
manufacturer defect, or a defect occurs during the intended use of the product,

Complete Diesel Repairs does not reimburse
for labour, incidental, or any other costs related to the installation of
products under any circumstance.
FREIGHT METHODS
Complete Diesel Repairs will
arrange delivery of all Products to the Customer using its nominated freight
carriers. A Buyer must not arrange its own courier to collect the Products from
Complete Diesel Repairs.
INCORRECT SUPPLY OF ORDER
If due to a
warehouse or other error on the part of
Complete Diesel
Repairs, the Buyer receives a Product which
does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact Complete Diesel Repairs
within 7 days of receipt of the Product and may purchase a replacement Product
from the Site, after returning the original Product to Complete Diesel Repairs,
provided that the returned Product is in new condition with its original
packaging unopened.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
All
packages should be completely inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged
packages should be refused. Please then call the freight company or Australia
Post (whoever is responsible for the package) and report the damage. After
contacting the carrier, please call
Complete Diesel

assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a
replacement.
f. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

international orders from anywhere in the world.
International orders may be
